I started my spiritual journey in 2015 moving back to Michigan after ending my engagement. I had so many questions & no one around me had any answers. So I dove inward.
Opening the door to myself allowed me to look past my experiences & trauma with compassion & understanding. Something I had never thought I’d be able to do is now a part of my every day practice.
Healing is not a linear process. It’s an ongoing, up & down zig-zagging towards the light at the end of the tunnel kind of process— and you are not alone.
Getting Reiki I & II certified in 2017 helped me heal so much within myself & allowed me to recognize even more of my patterns & programming that I needed to work on. It’s all part of this beautiful journey we call life & I am so honored to be able to use this wild woman wisdom I’ve learned to help you on your own journey.
